This notice explains what happens to information you send through sygale.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, a property address and a message. Nothing is collected from you simply for reading the site.
To reply to you. Your details are used to answer your enquiry and to continue that conversation. They are not sold, rented, or traded, and they are not added to any marketing list without you asking.
Sygale Lomas, and where a transaction requires it, David Lyng Real Estate and the professionals involved in that transaction. Form submissions are delivered by a third-party form service purely to carry the message to her inbox.
Everything you enter into the calculator stays in your browser. Those figures are never transmitted, stored, or seen by anyone.
California residents may ask what personal information is held about them, ask for it to be deleted, and ask that it not be sold or shared — it is not sold or shared. To make any of those requests, email sygale@davidlyng.com or call 831.620.2271. You will not be treated differently for asking.
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to help you, and longer where real estate record-keeping rules require it.
